Jordan grew up in this church family and, after seasons in college and church planting, returned in 2018 to join the pastoral staff. As Jordan and Sarah continued to lead and serve in various areas of the church, it became clear that this was something they felt called to and the Lord was setting them apart for the role of Lead Pastors.

As a community, we are excited to honor and celebrate the foundation laid by Kent and Pam as well as the grace of the Lord on Jordan and Sarah to lead us into the future and continue to pursue the things God has called us to.

Called into pastoral ministry in 1990, Kent and Pam served Shiloh Church (formerly Christian Fellowship) as Associate Pastors until becoming the Lead Pastors in 2001. They leave a legacy of faithfulness, love, and servant-leadership impacting countless lives over decades of ministry.

Over the last several years, Kent and Pam thought about the shift of leadership to the next generation that would carry the church into the future. They began seeking the will of the Lord for whom the right people might be. Through much prayer, Kent and Pam, along with the unanimous agreement of the elder board, believe they have found those people in Jordan and Sarah McGowan.

During this transitionary period, it seemed good to Kent and Pam as well as the elder board, for them (Kent and Pam) to take a sabbatical and step away from the community for a four-month period. In addition, they will be taking a break from any leadership role for 12 months in order to rest, facilitate the transition, and to seek the Lord for their next season of life and ministry.

We will be planning a BIG celebration this summer to commemorate and honor Kent and Pam’s many years of faithful leadership as well as mark the significance of this leadership transition. We will share more information on that as it becomes available. Stay tuned!
